Mold Design & Development

Our design team handles product design and mold development based on samples or 3D files provided by the client.

During the design phase, we:

Assess manufacturing feasibility
Design mold structure and parting lines
Plan gating, cooling, and ejection systems
Advise on material selection and cost

Before tooling begins, our team reviews manufacturability, functional requirements, and cost-efficiency with the client, so structural or material issues are identified up front rather than after production starts.

Rapid Prototyping with 3D Printing

We leverage a 4K 13.3 inch SLA 3D Printer for high-precision rapid prototyping. This allows for quick design validation and significantly shortens product development lead times.

Mold Department

Beyond new tooling, our in-house mold department also handles mold modification and maintenance for molds built elsewhere. Whether the issue is repeated trial shot failures, early production flash and dimensional drift, or design and material choices that halt production, we assess root causes first and then propose practical remediation.

Injection Molding Department

Multiple 50T–180T injection machines in-house, supporting volume production from small precision parts to mid-sized structural components. Requirements exceeding 180T are supported up to 600T through long-term partner manufacturers.
